WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS
Understanding Pathways to Pinnacle Events – Learn about the structured pathways leading to major competitions such as Paralympics, World Championships and Virtus Global Games.
Explaining classification eligibility for the different streams and training and competition pathways.
Discover support systems, athlete development opportunities, and how EPA enhances pathways to elite sport.
This workshop is a fantastic chance to upskill, collaborate, and expand opportunities for athletes, coaches, support staff and volunteers.

1.00pm – 2.00pm – BBQ lunch provided while attending Pathways Introduction
Pathways Introduction session in upstairs clubroom – Open to coaches and RDA management teams and riders, volunteers, support workers.
2.00pm – 4.00pm – Coaching Observation Session conducted by Julia Battams in arena
3.30pm – 4.00pm – Afternoon Tea
4.00pm – 7.00pm – Coaching Upskill Session – Open to coaches and RDA management teams
